The Fast Track program is a rigorous nine month program that exposes talented women and minority high school students to the financial services industry. Beginning in October of every school year, students meet with mentors twice a month and focus on developing skills in two key areas: financial literacy and career / personal development.
Our leaders and mentors are some of the key players of the program. They comprise of FAST Track Alumni and industry leaders who are giving back to our youth by collectively offering the students support, advice, and financial knowledge in each of our sessions. Find out more about our here.
